Within this role you will provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across multiple departments. Deliver system demonstrations to users and stakeholders, tailoring content to suit their roles and requirements. Work with functional teams to assess system and process improvements, aligning ERP capabilities with manufacturing and business needs. Participate in ERP-related projects, including business process reviews and system upgrades, following formal change management processes. Investigate and resolve technical and functional issues within the ERP system using strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Collaborate with IT, vendors, and internal teams to address root causes and implement long-term solutions.
