Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced electro-mechanical fitter to join our team at Hanningfield Process Systems. As an assembly and installation engineer, you will be responsible for assembling electro-mechanical systems in our factory, ensuring high-quality builds and identifying problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble electro-mechanical systems, following engineering drawings and guidelines.
* Inspect and test assembled systems to ensure quality and functionality.
* Identify and resolve problems related to system performance and build integrity.
* Collaborate with colleagues to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Prior experience in electro-mechanical assembly and knowledge.
* NVQ/BTEC/HNC/HND or similar qualifications in engineering-related disciplines.
* Favorable consideration given to time-served apprentices.
* Desirable: Experience across various facets of manufacturing, including lathes, mills, welding, pneumatics.
* Desirable: Experience with electrical wiring and commissioning of PLC programs for control panels.
* Desirable: Possession of a driving license.
* Desirable: Forklift license.
What We Offer:
1. A competitive salary (£40,000 - £60,000 per annum)
2. Overtime – time and third, time and half, double time and allowance as and when required
