Change Recruitmentare currently seeking for a Warehouse Production Administrator to join our clients team. As an administrator you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse. Ensure that all products are handled properly throughout the entire process from receiving to shipping. This is a temporary to permanent position working from Monday to Friday 8am-5:30pm Key Responsibilities: Process, check and produce job packs ready for manufacture. Check raw material stocks Raise works orders for the various production areas Responsible for providing help and support with day-to-day tasks. Confidence to communicate effectively and accurately with a wide range of people. Check production paperwork prior to processing. Process Works orders through Manufacturing computer system. Deal with works order queries. Carry out stock checks when discrepancies are raised. Carry out daily checks to ensure works orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Checking, filing, and scanning of paperwork. Preparing daily paperwork for staff inductions/training. Confidence to communicate effectively and create and maintain good relationships with other departments. Create interbranch transfer paperwork for stock movements between depots. Receive in interbranch transfers from other depots About you: Proven experience as a Administrator or in a similar production/warehouse role A real people person who can work under pressure and to given targets Understanding of warehouse operation Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Strong communication and skills Possess a high work ethic and be a target driven individual Excellent organisational skills Excellent IT skills. You will have excellent communication and time management skills, be able to work as part of a team, as well as using your own initiative to prioritise workload and meet business deadlines. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. Hours Monday to Friday from 08.00 to 17.30 Salary £12-13 per hour dependant on experience.
