We’re looking for a Junior Customer Success Executive to join our team and help support our customers post-implementation, ensuring they continue to receive value from our products and services.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early experience in SaaS or client-facing roles, who’s eager to learn, grow, and develop within a supportive Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the Customer Success Manager in managing customer relationships after go-live.
2. Assist in monitoring product adoption and gathering feedback to ensure a smooth transition into regular system usage.
3. Work with internal teams (Support, Product, Marketing) to understand and help resolve customer queries or issues.
4. Help maintain and update customer success documentation, tracking customer activity and outcomes.
5. Coordinate with Account Management and the Customer Success Manager to support retention efforts and customer satisfaction.
6. Contribute to the creation of customer-facing materials such as guides, check-ins, and webinar prep.
7. Shadow and eventually participate in customer check-ins, success reviews, and feedback sessions.
8. Support internal knowledge sharing by documenting common customer questions, product feedback, or learnings from customer interactions.
9. Stay informed about product updates and features to help respond to customer inquiries and flag any learning opportunities to the team.
