We are currently hiring two Regional Training Co-Ordinators to assist with operational training across all of our Lineage UK depots. Reporting to the Training Manager for the UK, you will liaise with UK depots to oversee and support training delivery, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (HS) and Food Safety (FS) standards. Monitor safety performance post-training, ensuring all procedures are followed. Provide training support to sites with limited resources, helping them meet onboarding and compliance targets. Maintain strong working relationships to ensure consistent adherence to company standards. Working Hours Working 37.5 hours per week - this role requires flexibility to be able to cover all shift patterns as and when needed. Salary Competitive starting Salary, plus company car/allowance. Responsibilities Support the National Training Manager in ensuring all staff are adequately trained and company procedures are followed. Ensure safety, targets, and standards are met as outlined in Job Descriptions. Proactively monitor and mentor employees on Health & Safety (HS) and Food Safety (FS) compliance, auditing training paperwork and reporting discrepancies. Drive continuous improvement in systems and training through communication with Team Leaders, Managers, and departments. Ensure documentation control and site training meet quality accreditation standards. Conduct pre-audits on HS and FS compliance, providing feedback to site management. Confirm full utilisation of Material Handling Equipment telematic systems. Ensure compliance with HS and Quality Policies and monitor Warehouse Management System used to track performance and training needs. Manage and maintain depot training matrices and ensure all training records are completed and stored properly. Health and Safety Responsibilities Ensure Health & Safety (HS) policies, procedures, and regulations are communicated, followed, and that the workplace is safe. Deliver effective HS training and ensure sufficient First Aid and Fire Marshal coverage across all shifts at depots without a full-time trainer. Maintain and monitor Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure it is fit for use. Consult with employees on HS matters, promoting a proactive approach to reduce accidents and improve the HS culture across the depots. Performance Measures Ensure timely delivery of the approved onboarding process, including a consistent "Welcome to Lineage" focused on company values and safety principles. Provide training on policies, procedures, Safe Systems of Work (SSOW), HS awareness, and Material Handling/Manual Handling relevant to roles. Monitor employees to ensure adherence to safety procedures and support new recruits through effective mentoring and feedback sessions. Common Responsibilities Collaborate with Company Trainers and Shift Managers to complete training within required timelines, ensuring documentation is organised and logged. Identify and report specialised training needs to the National Training Manager. Investigate and escalate accidents, incidents, and event reports to the General Manager. Perform other duties as directed by the National Training Manager or Regional Directors. Requirements and Skills Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Floor Trainer, or similar role, with hands-on coordination of multiple training courses. Strong knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning platforms, with the ability to manage the full training cycle. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, and proficiency in MS Office. Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Qualified MHE Instructor (Category 1 or above) accredited by RTITB or AITT, and experienced Manual Handling Instructor. Full, valid driving license and flexibility to travel across the UK as needed. IOSH certified, equivalent or higher HS certification. Why Lineage?
