This is a chance to work with a well known Pharmaceutical and Healthy Living company.
Our client is a leading engineering and maintenance provider, supporting customers across the Life Science and CMR industries. They enhance the efficiency of assets, ensuring a high level of availability and reducing maintenance costs. With extensive experience in offshore and onshore facilities, our client specialises in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases.
The HSE Advisor will be the on site focal point for our client's HSE function, ensuring adherence to the Company HSE Management System and promoting a strong HSE culture. Key responsibilities include providing HSE support to operational sites, preparing contractual HSE documentation, leading incident investigations, conducting audits and inspections, developing the competence of personnel, and engaging with client HSE teams and stakeholders. The HSE Advisor will also identify and monitor issues, contribute to product and service improvements, and deliver exceptional health, safety, and environmental performance.
Routine duties include participating in risk assessments, ensuring compliance with COSHH regulations, supporting emergency response planning, completing regular HSE inspections, delivering training, and monitoring compliance with HSE performance indicators. The HSE Advisor will assist in developing and promoting the HSE culture and contribute to the delivery of the 'Safety Works' program.
Experience in auditing/inspection, incident management, HSE legislation, CDM regulations, management system standards, coaching/training skills, and the industrial services sector is required. The essential qualifications for this role are NEBOSH General Certificate and membership of IOSH (Tech/Graduate Status).
