A long-established law firm in St Helens is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage a busy caseload in a dynamic environment while providing excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, with a focus on new build transactions.
* Proactively manage files from instruction through to exchange and completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all legal requirements are satisfied.
* Deliver a high standard of client care, effectively handling queries, providing updates, and maintaining strong communication with clients and third parties.
* Collaborate with estate agent groups to ensure smooth processing of transactions and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Ensure all work complies with regulatory requirements, keeping accurate records and maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Fee Earner in residential conveyancing.
2. Strong experience working on high-volume conveyancing transactions.
3. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
4. Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
