Responsibilities:
1. Managing the candidate process from initial enquiry through to placement
2. Meeting with various clients in order to become a recruitment partner of choice
3. Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for proactive recruitment needs
4. Ensuring your clients' recruitment needs are being facilitated in the best possible ways
5. Keeping up to date with current market trends within the construction industry
Experience:
1. Sales experience preferred but not essential
2. Experience of working with high volume workloads and to tight deadlines
3. Excellent communication skills
4. The ability to work under pressure
5. Determined and ambitious
6. Full driver's license
Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary 20,000-25,000 depending on experience.
2. Uncapped commission with on-target earnings of 30k/40k in the first year increasing every year
