Site Manager role:
• We seek a Site Manager to lead and direct the on-site team, ensuring safe operations, meeting HSQE, program, and budget targets.
Site Manager responsibilities:
• Effectively manage, supervise, and mentor the on-site construction team.
• Implement cost-effective management practices through efficient utilisation of all available resources.
• Ensure realistic scheme programmes and method statements are prepared, reviewed and updated.
• Upon project completion, promptly provide all 'as-built' records to the Construction Design and Management Coordinator (CDMC) for timely inclusion within the Health and Safety File.
• Actively participate in all mandatory training pertaining to Site Management duties, including but not limited to Appointed Person training and Temporary Works training.
Site Manager requirements:
• Possession of relevant professional qualifications in Civil Engineering or Site Management.
• Health, Safety and Environmental Management (IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate)
• CSCS Site Manager
• First Aid at Work
• Proven experience within the Water/Wastewater Treatment sector.
