Job Description International Booking Desk Coordinator (Short term contract /Part-time) As the International Booking Desk Coordinator, your role is to manage automation sales quotations process in line with company policy, supporting delivery of the Omnicell International booking and revenue targets. You will be working with sales, finance, logistics, manufacturing, field operations and technical support organisations acting in a customer service capacity to deliver automation sales administration in line with customer requirements to meet booking and revenue targets. Finally, you will ensure that automation sales are delivered to the correct customer requirement and comply with the current business margin approval matrix. Key Responsibilities Accurately raise Sales Orders for all International products Ensure ADC/RDS/VBM orders are accurately detailed in the Operations Revenue Forecasting system. Assemble final documentation for Automation deals for handover to the Operations team Manage document library for all International Automation deals Customer Account creation and maintenance Training / Cross Functional continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvement needs Answer incoming calls and redirect if necessary to an agreed process Requirements: Related experience in a manufacturing company environment Sales operations, finance or accounting field Fluent oral German, French or English Excellent analytical and organisational skills Working knowledge of finance and accounting Exceptional attention to detail Ability to work in a fast paced high demand environment Capacity to prioritise, manage and execute multiple projects within tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to convey clear, concise messages to internal and external customers Demonstrated ability to work across multiple functions and diverse personality styles Experience in global multinational organisation is a plus
