This is an exciting post as an Administrative Service Support Manager.
The post is full time, based in Neurophysiology and may be patient facing at times. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the department, managing diaries, organising meetings and managing your administrative team in a visible and flexible way.
You will need to be very organised and have excellent communication skills.
Main duties of the job
1. Manage all administrate functions pertaining to the service support manager role
2. Communicate with senior managers
3. All aspects of team management; health roster, sick leave, etc.
4. Training of staff in your team
5. Effective management of the inpatient and outpatient pathways
6. Be flexible in your approach to work, such as covering other job roles within your team
