Job summary As a Physiotherapist in our hospice, you will play a key role in supporting patients at the end of life by enhancing their functional abilities and promoting their comfort, dignity, and independence. You will work closely with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary team to provide personalised therapy that aligns with each patients goals and wishes. Your expertise will contribute to creating an environment of peace and comfort whilst supporting people to live well during this significant stage of life. Main duties of the job We are looking for someone with Degree in Physiotherapy and minimum of 4 years post registration Experience at Band 6 level or equivalent Evidence of experience in neurology, medical and the community Experience of MDT working Evidence of continuing professional development and willingness to undertake further study in end of life care Registered with the Heath and Care Professions Council Evidence of post-qualification professional development Experience with working with people who have life limiting illnesses and acute, chronic, complex conditions including respiratory care, neurology and pain management Good organisational/time management skills and ability to co-ordinate case load.
