Job Profile
As a Property Management Manager, you’ll oversee a team of property managers, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and compliance with industry regulations. You’ll manage relationships with landlords and tenants, coordinate property inspections, handle tenancy renewals, and ensure timely maintenance and repairs. With the support of your team, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional service to clients while driving the success of the property management division.
Duties:
* Manage and support a team of property managers
* Conduct performance assessments and one-to-one meetings
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
* Manage property inspections and resolve maintenance issues
* Negotiate tenancy renewals and extensions
* Handle deposit returns and manage rental arrears
* Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Oversee check-in and check-out procedures, including inventory reports
Skills & Experience:
* Full UK driving license (manual vehicle)
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a property manager within residential lettings
* Strong team leadership and motivational skills
* Excellent client relationship management
* In-depth knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
* Ability to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
* Saturdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm (alternate weekends with a day off in lieu)
