Job Title: Guest Service Host
Hourly Rate Of Pay: £12.00

Shift Pattern: 4 week rotation, shifts between 0830 – 1500, 1030 – 1700, 1130 – 1800 and 1130 – 2000 and reception shifts of 0800 - 1630 - You must be fully flexible.

Join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre as a Guest Services Host in the Guest Services Lounge / Management Suite reception and be part of delivering exceptional service every day.
Following a 4-week rotation, you'll have the opportunity to provide efficient and effective service to our clients, Guests, exceeding their needs and requirements whenever possible.
By supporting the management team with administrative tasks and offering assistance as needed whilst covering our management suite reception, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a high standard of work.
Take ownership of all enquiries at the Guest Services Lounge, using your questioning and listening skills to identify and offer solutions to customers' needs.
Building strong relationships with your colleagues is key to our "one team approach" to customer service and achieving our business objectives.
Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner while maintaining the appearance and housekeeping standards of the Guest Services team.
Remember to always be professional, courteous, and maintain a professional appearance, following the rules regarding personal presentation. Answer telephone queries clearly and professionally, handle corporate orders and Trinity Gift card sales, parcel delivery service with our collect+ program and manage lost property at Trinity Leeds.
Stay vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the Control Room while supporting with Fire Emergency situations as instructed. Follow the correct procedure to forward customer complaints to the Client, and live by the Trinity Leeds and Landsec Values to help shape our vision.
