Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of House Managers, Estate Managers, and Concierges to achieve service excellence.
* Drive a customer-focused culture, ensuring high standards of property management and maintenance.
* Build strong relationships with homeowners, creating active, inclusive, and engaging communities.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, property regulations, and care quality standards.
* Collaborate with key teams to meet performance KPIs, resolve complaints, and improve service delivery.
What You’ll Need:
* Proven operational management experience in a customer-focused environment (retirement living, property management, hospitality, or similar sectors).
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote and hybrid teams.
* A track record of delivering excellent customer service and managing budgets.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, health and safety, and care quality standards.
* A proactive, problem-solving approach with excellent communication skills.
