IT Field Engineer

£24,000 - £34,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Daily Duties:
Providing onsite and remote IT support to small and medium-sized businesses.
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including Active Directory, Office 365, and Virtualisation.
Performing onsite client visits to troubleshoot, install, and configure IT solutions.
Assisting with IT projects, including office moves, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
Configuring and maintaining telephony and mobile device management solutions.
Ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 processes and assisting with audits.
Providing training and guidance to end users on IT best practices.Tech Stack:
