Job Summary :
This is a role for an experience television & entertainment Campaign Producer to support below-the-line campaign delivery for TV Shows & Movies. This position will ensure that assets are correctly briefed, versioned, quality controlled and delivered on time and on budget while working with a wide range of regional marketing teams, designers and producers.
Main duties and responsibilities :
* Manage high volume, high turnaround campaigns across Europe,
* Be responsible for campaign execution for below-the-line channels.
* Lead documenting of existing processes
* Work cross-functionally with other marketing, creative, design, and business teams.
* Identify opportunities to standardize, offshore, and automate tasks to save time and eliminate low-value, manual tasks/pain-points.
* Work very collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements, obtain approvals, as per the production plan.
* Troubleshoot production issues.
* Liaise with stakeholders about updates on progress, relevant delays or issues, and budget or timing implications.

* Min two years’ experience of project management.
* Experience working with Project Management software to manage the life cycle of a job (e.g. timings, milestones, approvals).
* Experience managing a high volume of projects at once, while working with geographically dispersed teams.
* Experience in a marketing, production company or digital creative department
