As their Creative Content Officer, you will be responsible for providing the content and activity to support the smooth running of the LHP’s online presence, and to support the communications team and LHP’s wider services. Update all internal and external media channels (for example, website, social media, SharePoint, company portals) working in partnership with their Digital Change Team within IT Deliver highly effective written content and regularly supply the Culture Team Managers with colleague briefs, FAQ documents, communications timelines and schedules Fully represent LHP’s visual appearance and tone of voice through their brand guidelines and ensure that this is consistent on their social media and digital channels Develop and promote creative content such as film, photography, and animations for public viewing Develop and maintain LHP’s image and broadcast libraries/channels and pro-actively upload content on a daily basis across the full range of online tools (for colleagues, customers and potential customers) Create day to day publications and materials in full compliance with the organisation’s brand management guidelines Support the Culture Team Managers in the effective delivery of key events, campaigns, and the full spectrum of communications tools, both for hard copy and digital, supporting in all aspects where required Pro-actively seek out and share relevant creative best practice and trends to help achieve effective results Establish, develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, providing pro-active advice, guidance and support in relation to digital jobs Effectively liaise with any appointed external agencies or advisors, in the delivery of certain projects or jobs What skills, attributes and experience will I need as a Creative Content Officer? Relevant communications/marketing degree, digital qualification or equivalent experience Experience in Copywriting Experience of administrating social media channels Experience of designing engaging Experience in basic creative design software (ideally the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva), or willing to learn to acquire skills Competent in key MS Office applications of Word, PowerPoint and use of MS Teams and O365 suite of products Car owner and clean driving license as travelling between sites is essential Good Prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects A strong team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with the culture team and the wider LHP team to meet project deadlines What opportunities will I have to progress?
