**Job Summary** Manage and coordinate training programs for hourly paid and agency staff, ensuring accurate records and compliance with job requirements.
To facilitate learning through demonstration and instruction, ensuring records are accurately kept for all hourly paid and agency staff. This includes ensuring weekly paid employees and all agency operatives are trained to meet their job requirements, while maintaining flexibility in hours and departments. Annual assessments and refresher training on all skills for all operatives are also conducted to ensure they remain competent in their roles.
