Are you passionate about retail? Would you like to play a critical role in representing our Maison in the most iconic department store in Europe? Reporting to the Boutique Director, the sales associate is responsible for achieving sales and qualitative targets while building meaningful and sustainable relationships with clients.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* Achieve and exceed personal targets (quantitative and qualitative).
* Support Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills (Sales Ceremonial).
Retail and Service Excellence
* Anticipate clients’ specific needs.
* Represent the Brand inside and outside the Boutique.
* Strive to achieve 100% in Mystery shopping result for the Boutique team.
* Ensure impeccable grooming standards according to guidelines.
CRM
* Act as a role model, constantly nurture relationships with clients to generate sales leads while building sincere and durable relationships.
* Networking within Harrods environment to create sales opportunities for oneself & members.
Operations
* Carry out administrative tasks such as clients’ follow up (sales, after sales service), general inquiries, handle clients complaints and concerns, answer to the telephone etc.
* Follow internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations (sales, payments methods, deposit, after sales service, Boutique till system, reporting, opening/closing etc.).
* Control inventory quality (scratches, movements, batteries for quartz watches) maintaining exceptional selling conditions.
* Ensure highest level of service to After Sales Clients.
* Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process from registration to collection.
* Ensure the timeliness of repairs taken in by the store.
* Strive to achieve conversion in CS to sales.
* Acting as an Ambassador for the Brand, ensuring the integrity of its image with clients and within the local retail community (Harrods).
* Develop relationships within Harrods ecosystem and build a network of key contacts to benefit from internal synergies, build brand awareness and recruit new clients.
* Participate in off-site events and clientelling activities organised by Marketing and event team.

* Bringing a solid experience in Luxury Goods Retail with at least 2-4 years’ experience, preferably in department store.
* Action oriented, assertive in negotiating and closing the deal.
* Meticulous and highly client focused.
* Result and action oriented, able to work in a fast paced and highly competitive environment.
* Very good general education, sense for etiquette and presentation.
* Strong sense of luxury service, aesthetics and proactive approach.
* Very good interpersonal competences and ability to interact with international clientele.
* Very good organisational skills.
* Fluent in English + another language as nice to have (Chinese/Arabic/Russian).
* Flexibility towards working hours.
