Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised person to support the undergraduate team looking after of the medical students on the QEH site for role of Assistant Medical Education Officer. Main duties of the job This post will look after the day to day queries of medical students plus medical work experience students. Significant admin experience is required and desirable to have previous experience or working with students or in a hospital environment. The post holder will assist the Administrator in providing administrative support for all aspects of the clinical component of the MBBS programmes and its supporting structures. To check room bookings for teaching sessions, set up teaching sessions in person and virtually. Send reminders to speakers and students attending the sessions. Assist with the organization and support of the OSCEs (objective structured clinical examination) and examiners and patient recruitment. Assist with the provision of support for the development of the Student Selected Component programme.
