Neve Jewels is growing fast and we’re looking for an organised and friendly People & Culture Administrator to join our team—in this role, you’ll help keep our People & Culture function running smoothly by handling important administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, assisting with employee relations, and improving our employee experience.

Responsibilities
* Maintain and update employee records in a timely manner, ensuring confidentiality
* Prepare and process documents such as letters, contracts, and policy updates
* Champion our people ops systems, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
* Manage the people & culture inbox, swiftly handling employee queries
* Prepare payroll for processing, ensuring timely and accurate data submissions
* Coordinate training and development programmes for employees
* Support our feedback, performance, and appraisal processes
* Assist in the creation of surveys and organising employee engagement initiatives
* Prepare reports, presentations, and internal comms
* Support our recruitment process (job ads, interview scheduling, onboarding)
* Partner with key stakeholders and assist People & Culture Manager as needed
About you
* 2+ years of experience in an administrative HR role
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices
* Incredibly organised and detail-oriented with brilliant time management
* Excellent grammar, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Tech savvy and proficient in HR systems, benefits dashboards, and reward platforms
* Very high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and professionalism
* Agile, ready to pivot with changing priorities, and comfortable multitasking
* Comfortable working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
