Project Administrator – Join Suffolk Chamber of Commerce as our new part time Project Office Administrator and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting local business growth in Suffolk.
Part time between 20 - 30 hrs per week, with opportunities for hybrid working. This is a fixed term contract initially for one year with opportunities for extension based on achieving key milestones.
As a Project Administrator, you will play a key role in our Suffolk Supply Chain project supported by Suffolk County Council, connecting local businesses with valuable supply chain opportunities. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your organisational skills, work alongside a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff, and make a real difference in the local business community.

Duties will include:
* Communicating courteously with customers and suppliers by telephone, email, letter and face-to-face and responding promptly to customer enquiries.
* Day-to-day monitoring and updates for our website and databases.
* Administrative support for meetings including confirming dates, sending out and collating invites, booking rooms and catering/virtual rooms, and where required sending out agendas and pre-reading material.
* General assistance, including at relevant events and exhibitions.

We are offering a salary of £23,000 - £25,000 pro rata depending on experience, along with a pension and healthcare package and flexible working opportunities. This role is part time for up to 30 hours per week, with flexible hours to suit the needs of the business and the candidate.
