We are currently looking for an experienced Electrician to join our established Response business based in the Camberley, Frimley & Aldershot area. You will specialise in day to day repairs and maintenance, and the refurbishment of void properties for a reputable Social Housing client. Duties and responsibilities of the Electrician role:
* Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing domestic setting, with electrical testing requirements
* You will be working towards weekly productivity targets, attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs.
* Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied properties.
Expectations of the successfully appointed Electrician:
* Qualified to an NVQ 3 level as an Electrician or similar professional body (e.g., City & Guilds), 18th Edition certificate, and AM2 is essential
* Test and Inspect qualification
* Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of domestic environments
* Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the Electrician role.
