About the role
The Employee Relations Advisor will report to our Group Employee Relations Manager and deliver an outstanding support service to our colleagues and Managers. They will ensure a fair and consistent approach to all the Company's policies and procedures, while promoting a positive culture and minimising risks.
Responsibilities
* Manging a varied portfolio of ER cases.
* Supporting and coaching Managers to resolve people-related issues, such as disciplinaries, performance management, employment tribunals, absence management and grievances.
* Contributing to the development of people policies and procedures.
* Proactively identifying solutions to minimise risk and introduce process efficiencies.
* Promoting positive relationships across the business and developing these across all departments.
