The Mid Market insight manager will be responsible for analysing complex datasets to deliver actionable insights to our clients’ key stakeholders. This can take the form of a face-to-face presentation, an ongoing data solution, training sessions, workshops, or informal meetings. Office based; the successful candidate will be solely responsible for insight engagement across multiple clients in MidMarket. We are searching for somebody who is motivated to go above and beyond to integrate Circana into the DNA of our clients, with the firm belief that when they grow, we grow. Outside of contracted insight projects, there is opportunity to proactively provide our clients with thought leadership and creative data solutions to give our clients the edge in an increasingly competitive business environment. Job Responsibilities Analyse, compile and deliver data to key stakeholders in the form of insight presentations, turning raw data into a compelling story with clear next steps. Ensuring clients are up to date with how Circana can further grow their business. Combine Circana data with macro/category context, offering fresh perspective and recommendations. Proactively identify sales leads for the account managers to chase. Turn complex issues into creative solutions that not only solve the problem but improve client experience. Provide thought leadership pieces to cover multiple categories and improve Circana’s proactive engagement. Build dashboards and/or trackers to client spec, using creative solutions to enhance the Circana experience going forward. Supply any advanced training on Circana software as required. Champions Circana measures to provide internal support to account managers Requirements Experience in FMCG Excellent presentation and data analysis skills (PowerPoint & Excel). Very strong attention to detail. Proven track record of turning raw data into a compelling story, pinpointing what matters and offering recommendations and solutions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues confidently, clearly and concisely. Excellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills across many contacts. Manages expectations and pushes back where appropriate. Knowledge of wider macroeconomic and industry issues facing our clients.
