Location: Epsom office initially, moving to Horley after 6 months (Hybrid working option available after training – minimum 2 days in the office)
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Your Role:
As a Project Administrator, you’ll provide top-tier administrative support for both pre- and post-construction projects. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth project operations, working closely with customers, suppliers, and contractors from start to finish. You’ll manage everything from project handover to completion, making sure timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the land rights process and maintaining industry-leading SLAs.
2. Communicating with clients and contractors to gather project details throughout its lifecycle.
3. Supporting handover meetings between technical and operational teams, ensuring accurate documentation of project plans.
4. Keeping internal and industry databases updated with newly installed assets.
5. Managing queries through email and updating databases efficiently and accurately.
6. Providing support across different areas of the department as needed.
7. Engaging in continuous learning and development to grow your skills.
8. Following company policies and procedures and handling any additional administrative duties.
