Overview
The role is set in a fast-paced environment that includes answering calls, emails, and managing our website chat enquiries throughout the day, along with diary management. High-level communication with your fellow colleagues is required as you get our locum staff booked and working, providing a stellar service to our VIPs, the Clients.

Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or office environment is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
* Proficiency in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work well within a team and foster positive relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
