Carlisle Support Services has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and professional Mobile Cleaner maternity leave for our valued client West Midlands Trains in the Birmingham area.

Monday to Saturday, 6.00am to 2.00pm plus the possibility of overtime. A flexible attitude towards working hours is required.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
1. Cover when necessary including weekends.
2. Complete monthly targets (training will be provided).
3. Train new cleaners.
4. Deliver stock.
5. Support the cleaners by working alongside them as part of a team.
6. Supervise cleaning standards on stations and address any issues.
7. Distribute uniforms as necessary.
8. Conduct tool box training.
9. Ensure staff are in full uniform and have sufficient equipment to complete tasks.
Is this you?
1. Minimum of 25 years of age due to van insurance criteria.
2. Clean driving licence and experience of driving a van.
3. Willing to learn and develop.
4. Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional.
5. Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
6. Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team.
7. Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner.
8. Willing to work in all weather conditions.
9. Some experience, skills, and qualifications required but don't worry too much if you don't tick every box because we are great at developing our people to reach their full potential and provide full training.
