We are currently recruiting for hybrid remote Disability Assessors who would like a role that involves working from home and in the office with no weekends, bank holidays, or long shifts. Following a 2-day induction at Head Office you will start a 5-week comprehensive home-based training program, followed by an engaging hybrid working model that provides exceptional support along your journey.

Your main duties!
Conducting Work Capability Assessments (WCA) with claimants over the phone or face to face, as part of a consultation session. These cases will all be organised for you, leaving you free from any appointment admin.
Working with a variety of different people presenting with a range of complex conditions including physical, mental health, cognitive, and sensory impairments.
Conducting a thorough functional medical assessment of their disability or condition.
Write and submit reports using a specialized IT system

We are specifically seeking:
Registered Adult Nurses (Adult-focused)
Occupational Therapists (Adult-focused)
Physiotherapists (Adult-focused) Polite Note: Sponsorship is not available for these roles.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-year post-registration recent experience in a relevant adult setting
Registration: Must have at least 1 year of active registration with NMC or HCPC.
Skills: Strong communication, effective assessment skills, proficient at typing/report-writing, and excellent IT skills are essential How to Apply:
