We are searching for an experienced Site Manager / Finishing Manager to work for the internal fit-out subcontractors on a high-rise apartment block in Dorset on site over the next 6 months.
Our client is a respected fit-out subcontractor on the flagship job in Dorset at the finishing stages. They are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to manage the team of subcontractors over the next 6 months.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
* Ordering of Labour
* Attending weekly meetings
* Identify and resolve any issues with the project.
* To be a point of contact for our client.
Skills/Qualifications Required:
* SMSTS & Black Card
* Driving License (preferred, not essential)
* Strong work ethic
* First Aid Certificate
* Experience in Fit-Out
For the right candidate with fit-out / high-rise residential experience and willingness to travel, there is ongoing work with our client, a respected name in the fit-out arena, with numerous ongoing projects on a number of high-rise residential projects over the next 3 years.
