About the role
We have a fantastic opportunity to join our in-house Creative team, working as part of the wider Corporate Communications team to deliver a range of creative solutions that will support business objectives internally and externally with audiences ranging from our people to our regulators.
You’ll be supporting the delivery of our vision and business plan objectives through your creative skillset and will proactively seek opportunities to enhance our brand through creative solutions.
You’ll work as part of the Creative team at NWG, working with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite to deliver creative work including campaign identity concept and development, out of home advertising, digital content, print collateral and design for regulatory reporting.
You’ll act as a brand guardian, making sure that our brand is always applied correctly across everything we do, and supporting colleagues from across the wider business to use our brand appropriately. You’ll also be responsible for enhancing our brand reputation through your creative delivery.
We’re looking for you to be proactive in your approach, always keeping up to date with software, skill development and also monitoring creative and consumer trends.
About you
We’re looking for you to have proven experience in a creative role at a mid-weight level from either an agency or in-house background. You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects at the same time.
You’ll have a design related degree or equivalent qualification or experience, with great communication skills and an ability to translate key information into creative solutions for our internal clients.
You’ll be happy working in a hybrid role, with travel to our head office in Durham when required.
