Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Clerical Officer, in the Audiology team. This position will be based at York Hospital, part of our York and Scarborough Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Work is varied, challenging and patient focused. Main duties of the job The post holder will provide support to the Audiology team, by contributing to an efficient and effective service within a very busy environment. You will work with clear departmental and national procedures, and have responsibility for receiving, maintaining and providing manual and electronic data containing sensitive and confidential information, as well as making appointments for patients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of the wider team.
