What we can offer you; - 20 days of annual leave - Access to our people’s pension scheme - Free physiotherapy service - Discounts on everything from groceries to well-known retailers - Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to - Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What will you be doing? ● Operating the Loading Shovel in accordance with relevant instructions, guidance & training ● Completing routine maintenance of plant and equipment, including oils and water checks ● Operating the weighbridge system to accurately record weights and other specified details of vehicles to transfer waste material to and from the facility ● Oversee site visitors and contractors arriving on-site ● Issue instructions to drivers of vehicles entering and leaving the site ● To monitor and record the safety practices on site and to ensure the smooth running of the operations What are we looking for? ● Good IT skills for recording data ● Operational experience within a similar operational manual handling role ● Good knowledge of health and safety ● Weighbridge and mobile plant experience - although training will be provided What's next?
