Kenneth Brian Associates are looking for a dynamic and motivated Office Manager to deliver exceptional administrative support while collaborating closely with the Business Manager for local school. This role plays a critical part in driving the school’s operational goals and strategic vision. You'll lead the administrative team, ensuring smooth office operations and delivering outstanding front-line customer service to families and visitors. 36 hrs per week, 40 weeks per year Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage office budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures. Handle financial processes, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense management. Proactively manage schedules, meetings, and organise office events. Streamline office systems and workflows, coordinate equipment orders, and plan events. Deliver administrative support across all areas of the organisation. Maintain general office duties such as ordering supplies, ensuring a tidy workspace, scanning, and filing. Oversee HR functions, including staff leave management, absence tracking, and issuing contracts to new hires. Serve as the primary contact for clients, suppliers, and employees. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritise, plan, and manage deadlines effectively. Experience with data management and information systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Capable of maintaining an organised work environment while adapting to changing priorities. Familiarity with school software such as Arbor is an advantage. Experience using social media in a professional capacity. Proficiency in administrative tasks and advanced ICT skills, including MS Office Suite.
