Brook Street UK is seeking a highly organized and communicative Service Desk Administrator to join their team in Ballyclare. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for greeting them with a courteous manner and interpreting their requirements. This role involves generating, amending and updating service schedules and sending reminders, as well as vehicle and customer database management.
