A day in the life of an Office Administrator To generally support and assist the work of the domiciliary and extra care team. To complete general administrative duties, such as responding to emails, answering the telephone, and taking any messages as required. Must haves Ability to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday every week, 5 hours a day. Previous experience in a similar role, with an administration background. Previous experience dealing with people. Works effectively as a member of a team. Hardworking, trust worthy and honest. Works on own initiative. Key skills in IT and Administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly and patient personality. Enthusiastic and motivated. Flexible to take on extra hours where required. Able to work flexibly and prepared to adjust work schedule as and when required. Has numeracy skills, is completely trustworthy and confident in handling financial and sensitive information.
