Location: Winchester
Salary: up to £50,000
Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite, 2 days from home
We are looking for a Change Manager who will work on developing the business planning, scope and implementation and enable the successful delivery of the new digital initiatives within the company.
You will develop high-level change strategies along with the organisational goals and work closely with stakeholders to ensure engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct change assessments to inform change management strategies and frameworks
* Develop business cases for change
* Provide guidance through expertise and ensure engagement across the organisation
* Manage risks associated with the initiatives
* Track and monitor the effectiveness
* Be a champion for continuous improvement
* Design and implement training plans
What you'll need:
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to adapt depending on the audience
* Strong organisational skills and familiarity with project management methodologies
* Proactive and solutions-focused
* Ability to identify and assess the impact of change
* Experience in organisational transformation
* Stakeholder Management
* Professional qualification such as: Prince2, APMG, Prsci, APM or similar
In return for the successful Change Manager, you will be able to enjoy a hybrid working solution of 3 days on-site at the Winchester-based office and 2 days from home. The successful Change Manager can expect a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
