Service and Installation Administrator | Strood, Kent | Full Time | £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
Our client has been established since 1998, and is a leading provider of high-end window, door, and conservatory installations, serving both the commercial and home improvement sectors. Due to their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.
As an administrator, you will be a key member of the operations team, ensuring smooth communication and supporting the day-to-day functions of the installations and service departments in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong telephone and communication skills with a professional appearance
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Attention to detail is essential
Ability to use your own initiative and problem-solving skills
A good sense of humour, as some days can be challenging
Ability to adapt to and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Willingness to attend training as and when required

What will your role look like?
Handle telephone inquiries and provide professional support
Provide full administrative support to the Installations and Service Departments
Manage bookings and scheduling of appointments
Act as the point of contact for pre- and post-installation queries
Maintain and update the primary business database daily
Monitor and update vehicle tracking systems
Update the training matrix regularly
Prepare warranties and compliance certificates
Carry out general administrative duties as required
