We are looking for an enthusiastic Head of Sports & PE to lead our sports department and deliver high-quality Physical Education and Games lessons.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Oversee all sports programs, including Games lessons, academic PE, and extra-curricular activities.
Teaching & Coaching: Deliver engaging PE lessons and coordinate Games sessions.
Training & Competitions: Organise after-school training, manage teams, and oversee school competitions.
Sports Development: Promote a range of sports, including cricket, hockey, and netball.
Facility & Safety Management: Ensure sports facilities are well-maintained and adhere to safety regulations.
Student Engagement: Motivate students, encourage participation, and support their physical and social development.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with staff, students, and parents to enhance sports education.
Requirements:
* Degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field.
* Experience in teaching PE and coaching sports teams.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Passion for sports, fitness, and student development.
