As the Project Administrator, you will be supporting multiple projects within the Canterbury region, splitting your time between being on site and working in the main office. Reporting to the Project Manager or Construction Manager, you will be responsible for providing administration support to the Project team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure timesheets are completed daily and submitted by due date/time on a fortnightly basis.
2. Help with the administration of Health and Safety on the project.
3. Minute taking for meetings.
4. Document control.
5. Answer calls, respond to emails, customer inquiries, greet visitors, and liaise with clients as needed.
6. Follow up on close-out documentation at project completion.
7. General Administration.
About You:
1. At least 6 months in a similar role, or a qualification in a related area.
2. Ability to prioritize and deliver on tight timeframes.
3. Administration background ideal.
4. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
5. Good written and oral communication skills, including a courteous phone manner.
6. High level of computer literacy.
