We are seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a dynamic secondary school in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, supporting their behaviour and engagement in learning.
- Provide 1:1 support and small group interventions for students with behavioural needs.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning and stay engaged in their education.
- Collaborate with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams to develop effective behaviour management strategies.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment that encourages student progress.
- Someone with experience working with young people, particularly in managing behaviour or supporting challenging situations.
