Motion Graphics Designer
Location: Hertfordshire borders, just outside NW London
Work Arrangement: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote
Position: Full-Time (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Range: £40,000 - £55,000 (subject to experience)

Role Summary:
They are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Designer to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work on a wide variety of projects, including branded content, editorial films, corporate videos, onsite red-carpet sizzles, social activations, and PR launch assets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to deliver industry-leading creative solutions while addressing technical or design challenges efficiently.
* Contribute to the post-production process with innovative ideas and execution.
* Design and develop 2D and 3D Motion Graphics for broadcast, digital, social, and live event platforms.
* Partner with Producers and Editors to conceptualize and refine new ideas.
* Participate in creative sessions, sharing fresh design perspectives and staying updated with the latest techniques in motion graphics.
* Ensure cohesive collaboration between editing, sound, and motion graphics teams.
* Maintain best-in-class standards for asset delivery.
* Continue growing your expertise in motion graphics techniques.
* Adhere to client brand guidelines and project deadlines, ensuring quality and compliance.
Essential Skills:
* 3–4+ years of motion graphics experience in a fast-paced agency or production environment.
* Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Photoshop.
* Strong creative flair, originality, and exceptional animation, design, and typography skills.
* Working knowledge of Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with Cinema 4D.
* Strong attention to detail with an established creative identity.
* Ability to multitask and manage workloads efficiently under tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
* A keen interest in video production and its technical aspects.
* A proactive approach to taking ownership of projects and delivering high-quality work.
* Flexibility to work long hours when necessary, often under pressure.
