Job Description
Your new company has over 50 years of experience in Building Services, primarily operating in the East Anglia region. They serve a diverse range of clients in the Education sector (Universities, Schools, Colleges) and commercial industries.
Your new role
As a Project Manager or Contract Manager, ideally with a commercial background, you will oversee projects valued at £4 million. Your responsibilities include ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing costs effectively, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation measures. You will also manage staff performance by clearly defining roles and responsibilities, promoting Health & Safety at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you must be a qualified Project Manager with experience in M&E projects up to £4 million, and ideally have full contract management experience (including boiler experience). You should be an effective communicator at all levels, capable of developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders while promoting best practices and innovation.
