Amour Recruitment is working exclusively for a great company based in Battlefield, Shrewsbury who is seeking a Customer Support Administrator.
If you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service, problem solving, and working in a great team, then this job is for you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Answering incoming calls/emails and dealing with all requests
2. General admin including photocopying, scanning, and filing
3. Using mail merges to deliver correspondence to customers
4. Liaising with contractors and suppliers
Personal requirements:
1. Must be well-organised and completely self-motivated.
2. Excellent admin/customer service skills are essential.
3. Great team player
Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730
Salary: £24,400, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, free parking, plus chance of progression.
