We are seeking to appoint a Site Manager who will manage, to the highest standard, all aspects of the MTS site to include site development and any future building schemes.
The successful candidate will work as part of the site team, delivering a customer focused facilities service and monitoring adherence to health and safety requirements.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar position within a facilities team. Knowledge of facilities systems is essential including COSHH, Health and Safety and security procedures.
Although the contract is for 36 hours, the nature of the post requires flexible working patterns to meet the academy's needs. Work patterns will be agreed upon with your line manager.
