Key Responsibilities:
* Repairs: Conduct minor electrical and plumbing repairs, perform carpentry tasks, and install appliances
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks
* Other tasks: Assemble furniture, change light bulbs, paint and decorate, clear gutters, and maintain property exteriors
* Safety: Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards
