This field of sales falls under a broader category of marketing, advertising, sales professionals and promotions. This individual will work in Sales Management and is responsible for attaining monthly quarterly or annual sales targets, building up distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations, and providing ideas for all strategic sales plans and their implementation. This role will also be responsible for controlling the selling costs with the objective of achieving predetermined net profit yields. Essential Duties and Responsibilities· Devising and deploying all sales objectives and goals across the company, including sales targets and budget preparation.· Developing and implementing quarterly and annual sales programs, plans and policies for sales supervisors.· Integrating and aligning sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas to increase the capability and success of sales force.· Managing the performance and activities of the entire sales unit.· Creating training and development programs for sales managers.· Giving final authorization on all sales decisions within the designated approval level.· Conducting data driven analysis to manage performance levels of sales against market developments and corporate objectives.· Developing and implementing airlines, repair shops, reseller agreements, distribution strategies and other sales opportunities.· Planning and executing business show appearances.· Creating product segmentation strategies wherever needed to maximize trade opportunities across different sales channels.· Maximizing work relationships with key resources and organizations.· Developing, managing, and nurturing new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish it is not a contract, expressed or implied volume and profit goals.· Communicating brand identity internally and externally to pertinent key business associates, business units, and the customer support.· Exploring and growing the customer account list and dealing incoming leads and closing sales.· Seeking out and directing new customers and sales opportunities, initiating action plan to advance and procure new business for the company.· Update the organization on changing marketing trends so that the organization can prepare and execute plans accordingly.· Maintain current knowledge of management responsibilities and oversee adherence to current Federal and State labor laws, Incora employment practices, safety, security policies and Work Instructions, as applicable· Oversee employee timekeeping records, submission to Payroll, as scheduled and labor tracking expenditures· Prepare effective and timely performance evaluations, conduct reviews for first line managers, administer salary adjustments, promotions or disciplinary actions and facilitate additional training or mentoring, as needed, driving maximum productivity and quality of processes, systems and procedures, in accordance with budgetary restrictions and compensation policies· Conduct and attend regular and impromptu management meetings, and company-sponsored or training meetings, as required· Travel as required to meet the essential responsibilities of the job.Essential Competencies· Action Orientated: Ability to create, plan and champion the implementation of Incora’s Sales initiatives, programs, policies, procedures, compliance and appropriate training, necessary to maintain competent and skilled talent in all areas of responsibility· Business Acumen: Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices, trends, technology and information affecting the department's role in meeting the Company's financial goals and objectives;
