Children's Home Registered Manager

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to provide senior leadership at our client's Children's Homes in Wakefield. A dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional care and making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
About This Role:
We are seeking a motivated and inspiring leader to oversee the daily operations of our Children's Homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a vital role in shaping the future of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the successful operation of our Children's Homes
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that meet regulatory requirements and best practices
• Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals, objectives, and outcomes
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding protocols, and other relevant laws and standards
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A relevant qualification in social work, child care, or a related field (e.g., DipSW, BA Hons, or equivalent)
• Proven experience as a Senior Manager or equivalent in a residential care setting
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex issues, make informed decisions, and drive positive change
• Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding principles, and quality assurance frameworks
• Familiarity with child protection procedures and protocols
Salary:
