Tulloch Recruitment is currently looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in the Aberdeen Office.
Summary
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in Recruitment or a background working in an HR/Administration/Sales environment preferably within the energy sector.
Responsibilities
•Source and brief Candidates on vacancies.
•Build relationships with Candidates, Contractors & Clients
•Be the go-to Recruitment Consultant for your Candidates & Clients
•Develop and maintain Discipline availability lists of candidates.
•Develop your own group of Contractors who know who you are and who respect you for your Knowledge & Client Base
•Search for CVs on all platforms.
•Phone Candidates to discuss roles.
•Phone Clients to discuss vacancies both current and future requirements.
•Speak with Candidates & Clients via all forms of communication.
•Onboard new Contractors
•Negotiate Rates
•Manage the entire recruitment process.
•Liaise with Client to mobilise Contractors efficiently.
•Business Development with current and new Clients.
